These Terms of Use govern your use of the Second Wing website and services, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], based in [CITY, COUNTRY] ("Second Wing", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Second Wing provides human coaching for dating apps: feedback on your profile photos, review of your bio, and guidance on your conversations with matches. All feedback is given by specialized human coaches, not by artificial intelligence.

2. Who can use Second Wing

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

3. No guarantee of results

We guide and support you, but we do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships or any other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own choices and the behavior of other people.

4. Not therapy or professional advice

Our coaching is not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace therapy. If you are going through emotional distress, please contact a qualified professional.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans: Photos (US$39), Photos + Bio (US$79) and Full bundle (US$179, launch price; regular price US$249).
• Add-ons: bio review (US$45), upgrade to the Full bundle (you pay the difference), chat review packs (from US$19), new photo round (US$15), extra follow-up (US$9) and urgent reply (US$15).
• Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change. Changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

6. Delivery times

• Photo and bio feedback: within 48 hours after you submit your material.
• Chat guidance: same day, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET).

7. Chat coaching rules

• The Full bundle includes 3 chat reviews. One chat means one match (one person).
• Each chat review includes guidance on up to 5 screenshots per message you send, plus 1 follow-up.
• A chat review ends when the first date is set or 7 days after it starts, whichever comes first.
• The Full bundle is valid for 30 days from purchase. Add-on credits are valid for 60 days.
• Urgent replies cost US$15 each, are available from 6 PM to 11 PM Eastern Time (ET) and are answered within 1 hour. Requests after 11 PM ET are answered the next business morning. Full bundle clients only.

8. No refunds, free feedback revision

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, because your coach starts working on your material as soon as you submit it.

If you are not satisfied with any feedback, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and tell us what did not work for you. Your coach will review it and send a revised version at no extra cost. Each item (your photo set, your bio or a chat review) includes one free revision; further revisions can be bought as add-ons.

9. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos, texts and screenshots you send us ("Your Content").
• You give us a limited license to view and use Your Content only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content, and that the photos show you.
• Screenshots of chats may include messages from other people. Share only what is needed, and hide their names, photos and contact details whenever possible.
• We never publish or share Your Content, or use it as an example, without your written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Second Wing to harass, deceive or harm anyone; to send content involving minors, nudity or illegal activity; or to impersonate another person. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

11. Images on our website

All photographs of people on our website were created with artificial intelligence and depict fictional individuals. They are not real clients or testimonials. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. If you believe an image resembles you, contact us and we will review and remove it promptly.

12. Intellectual property

The Second Wing name, website, texts, checklists and materials belong to us. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Wing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any person you meet through dating apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
